So easy! I kept failing at burgers on the stovetop the dreaded burnt on the outside and raw on inside stupidity. Came across this and followed it to the T, came out perfect. Thank you!! Used non stick on gas 厨师ed ten mins total added green Chile and cheese. YUM!!
